All packages are shipped via USPS priority shipping. All orders are processed in the order that they are received. Please allow at least 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination. Some orders are not processed same day due to the order in which they are received.
ANY ORDER RECEIVED AFTER 5PM WILL BE PROCESSED NEXT DAY.
SIGNATURE WILL NOW BE REQUIRED FOR ALL PACKAGES ! IF YOUR BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS DOESNT MATCH, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED !
FOR CANADA & REST OF THE WORLD WE SHIP PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL WHICH COULD TAKE UP TO 3-10 BUSINESS DAYS.
Depending on a number of factors, domestic orders could take up to 3-6 business days and international orders may take up to 3-10 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After your order has been shipped you will receive all tracking information regarding your order. Package will arrive 1-2 business days after being shipped as long as no delays occur.
Orders placed using OVERNIGHT shipping must be placed before 12:00PM CST. Your package will arrive one day after the order was shipped. Please make sure you are putting correct address information when placing orders. That also includes additional info (phone number & email ). We will not be responsible for packages being delivered to the wrong address due to customer. We will not be responsible for delays in packaging due to customers incorrect info. We will also not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is not delivered and USPS has on file that it indeed was delivered. Please contact USPS. You are responsible for checking tracking on all packages.
If you choose local pickup you have 7 business days to pick your item up. If items are not picked up you will be FORFEITING YOUR ITEMS AND PAYMENT. If you can not pick up your items in the time frame given please contact us.

Once a Pre-Order is made it CAN NOT BE CHANGED NOR CANCELED.
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. This is a great way to guarantee that you secure your size/item without risking the item being sold out upon arrival to our store. Each collection or item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date. Please kindly note, Pre-orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed.
Demand can be very high on certain items & frequently they can sell out completely via Pre Order before they physically arrive in stock.
Preorders can usually take up to 1-7 weeks wait (production & shipping time).
